Austlon-GD: Boneless applications such as fresh or processed meats, cheeses, or other cooked products. High shrink rate and barrier means extended shelf life up to 4 months chilled. Suitable for export fresh meat applications. GD series contains EVOH and is 40/45um, with glossy appearance and overlapping sealing properties.

  • AUSTLON-NB/GD

For matured cheese with high barrier, suitable for retail


  • AUSTLON-CD

For medium gas applications, it can allow CO2 to be released from the cheese while keep oxygen and moisture barrier


  • AUSTLON-NC/NP

For respiring cheese requiring high gas level. Suitable for high respiring cheese with high permeability,CO2 level 500+

Production Packaging 

Cheese curing film is available in 1600m depending on weight. 3”cores with 15mm thickness + aluminum foil + internal cardboard locator + stopper to protect the films.

Storage

Products should be kept in the manufacturer’s packaging in clean, dry storage facilities. Products should be protected from direct sun-light and at least 1 meter away from heating appliances, with temperature not exceeding 25°C and moisture <70%.
